Air conditioning is carried out by a natural cooling system with chillers and air heat exchangers on a specially equipped site in the guarded courtyard of the data center building.
In server rooms, all the rules for temperature and humidity, as well as dust filtration are observed.
The data center is powered by four independent mutually redundant power supplies (input from two independent suppliers with intelligent load balancing, a UPS battery system, diesel).
Switching between sources occurs without any interruptions in the power supply of servers and network equipment.
The data center is equipped with an intelligent early detection system based on the analysis of the presence of combustion / smoldering products in the air, fire alarms with smoke and temperature sensors located throughout the premises.
The gas fire extinguishing system allows eliminating the source of ignition at the minimum possible time, while it does not harm the equipment. During extinguishing, the gas does not harm the person and allows the working.

The data center is open 24/7 for authorized persons.

To access the data center you must apply a request for passes to the technical support service of Host-telecom.com. The request should include the full name of the persons visiting the data center. These passes would be valid with the presentation of a passport/other identity documents.
Access is granted only to the owners of the equipment located in the data center or their authorized persons.
How to appoint authorized persons:
- Authorized persons may be registered in the supplementary agreement to the Contract.
- For authorized persons, a notarized power of attorney can be issued, specifying the actions that can be performed with the customer's equipment (delivery and maintenance, including replacement of components). The original of the power of attorney, or its certified copy, will need to be transferred to the data center engineer.
In addition to excellent firefighting and conditioning systems, strict regulations, electronic multi-level access system, as well as outdoor and indoor video surveillance systems are guarding the safety of the equipment.
To provide additional control over access to your equipment, you can seal the lid, fasteners or lid lock with a numbered seal. The seal number must be indicated in the bilateral certificate. You will take one copy, another remains in the data center.
One unit corresponds to 44.45 mm.
19" rack-cases should be equipped with sleds for correct installation into the rack. The desktop cases should be no larger than the middle tower.
In addition to these requirements, the configuration or form factor of the telecommunications equipment for colocation is not limited in any way.
On your hardware, you are free to use any operating system that is convenient for you, however, please remember that the owner of the server is responsible for copyright compliance.
